What we collect

When you book a consultation, call or text us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, type of business and the best time to reach you. If you call or text, we also keep a record of the call or the messages.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, set up and hold your consultation, and follow up about our services. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

AI assistant

Texts to our business number may be answered by our AI assistant, which always says it's an AI. Messages are processed by our service providers (Cloudflare, Twilio, Anthropic and our email provider) only to deliver and answer them. Any time you'd like a person, just say so.

How long we keep it

Text conversations are kept for up to 30 days in our messaging system. Booking requests and emails are kept for as long as we're in touch about your business, then deleted on request.
